Funding is one of the problems associated with opening a dollar store.  For those who have the capital, opening the business is much easier.  So the question is really about whether there is adequate funding available for the business to get going.  If there are no funds, no business will be opened.  Important as it is, this is not the only thing that matters to opening and the ultimate success of your dollar store business.
