Active Passive Direct vs box?

Why do you need a direct box, if you can plug in guitars or keyboards directly into the mixer with no problems? That's a great question It. 'S easy to ignore the DI, but they play an important role in the process of recording in the studio and especially in the recording. There are many different types of direct boxes. But they are all available. Two main purposes: they function as impedance matching device that changes the signal level, line level signals, microphone, and they have the ability to lift the floor to avoid a nasty ground loop. – Hum caused by wiring errors.

Significant direct box lets you get clean sound fatter than plug directly into the mixing board. Because the signal is balanced. Is run for long distances without picking up.
