How to Split PST File in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007?

Does your Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 application stop responding momentarily during general processes, like sending an email, moving an email, deleting an email, or reading an email? (1) Up to 2 GB: It should provide good performance on most of the hardware.

(2) Between 2 to 4 GB: It is usually hardware dependent. You get good performance on advanced hardware.

(3) Over 4 GB: You face short pauses on most of the hardware configurations.

(4) 10 GB or more: The frequency of short pauses becomes very high. It becomes quite difficult to access data from the PST file and use Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 application.

Increased size of Outlook PST file in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 can also cause PST file corruption in various situations. PST file corruption is a major problem and leads to serious data loss. In order to overcome this problem, Split PST using third-party applications.
