Embroidery, obviously, tends to be the more expensive of the two choices. However, this is a case of getting what you pay for, as embroidery also tends to look more professional, be longer lasting, and withstand more abuse. This is of particular importance if you are purchasing your visors for use by a team, as sun and heat tend to warp and destroy printed on designs very rapidly.

Finally, baseball caps visors are not just popular among sports players; they have made quite a name for themselves in the service industry for use as part of uniforms. They are popular because they are cooler to wear than standard baseball caps; a big selling point when being worn in a hot and crowded kitchen, and also because they work great for keeping hair in place.
